Choosing Florida Flyers means completing the flight hours and training required to qualify as a commercial pilot faster than at other flight schools. Because we are FAA part 141 certified, instead of 200 hours of flight time being required for our students you can qualify in just 111. Plus, we offer competitive prices and can even help with organising financing so you can get started with your training immediately upon successful application.

Florida Flyers has over 50 instructors to guide student pilots throughout their training. This means the best instructor to student ratio in the industry. Instructors are from the U.S. and from countries worldwide; they are all experienced in training both domestic and international students. Instructors are also full-time, available to students seven days a week, not just on limited days or hours, as is the case with many other flight schools. This allows the highly motivated student to progress through training more quickly.

Florida Flyers has some of the finest, modern flight training aircraft available in the world today and operates a fleet of up to 30 aircraft. Additionally, our aircraft are maintained to the manufacturers standards by our on-site, factory-trained technicians to ensure the highest possible safety standards are met at all times. Our fleet includes Piper Seminole, Beechcraft Duchess, Cessna 172 SPs Garmin 1000, Cessna 172 P/Ns, Cessna 152s, Piper Seneca III Turbo. A variety of aircraft provides students with a well rounded experience and makes them safer, better pilots.

Our offices and teaching facilities are designed to help you progress as quickly as possible. The Redbird is a high-quality, feature-rich motion flight simulator which provides technologically advanced flight training in a safe and secure environment. It offers a unique training experience for students. It includes wrap-around visuals, a fully enclosed cockpit, reconfigurable construction, and a motion platform.
